Dear Dharma brother,
May I please know if Master Nan ever touched on the subject of diet and its importance for the spiritual practictioner?
I am finding it quite difficult to figure out exactly what to eat and keep changing my diet back and forth.
I am working non-leakage but still experience wet dreams. I am applying Master Nan's secret Herbal formula with Moxibustion.
Please advise,
Thank you.

Wow from what I know, that formula has never been translated to English yet, it is amazing how you got it. Okay, I have searched for writings of Nan Huai Jin and found the following for wet-dreams. I do not know if it is relevant, I hope it helps you brother. Here is the link: seriousbuddhism.wordpress.com/2017/06/07/nan-huai-jin-wet-dreams/I will still update it with another article, hopefully it will be up when you see this reply. Blessings to you.

Thank you for the timely response Dharma brother. It was quite helpful and the same conclusions I had come to along with my Dharma friends. I also sent you a message over Reddit. I will tell you there where I have learned this formula. Thanks again. Strive well and may you be enlightened in this very lifetime!

One last thing - in the article, you write: "Chant, prostrate and repent to Avalokitesvara. One aspect is the function of repentance, the other aspect is exercise." --> By exercise, is Master Nan referring to specifically physical exercise?
Thank you in advance.

The words that he used were 锻炼 Duan Lian, which can have a variety of meanings. It carries the meaning of tempering, toughening up, development, training. So I believe that it can be translated to physical exercise. This is my perspective. In my experience, full prostrations can be quite physically demanding too.

I agree that prostrations can be quite physically demanding too. Do you perform other physical exercises? I know that many mystics make use of hatha yoga for helping the physical body and opening up the hips for lotus posture (I still cannot personally sit lotus as my hips are very tight). I also know some make use of Qigong. Do you perform any of this to help your cultivation?

The leg channels can be seen below in the image: I do a mixture of Qi Gong and martial arts. That's a good question, I will check out Teacher's lectures to see if he has given a lecture on them before.

Which Qigong and martial arts do you practice, can you elucidate a bit? Thank you brother.
And thank you for sharing the material on diet and wet dreams. Very helpful.
